Ivana brings over 14 years of excellence in the Aesthetic industry. Her passion and focus is upon delivering excellence and high standards in education and training for superior skills in the aesthetic and beauty industry. Upon completing her 2-year Esthetician Diploma at Niagara College Canada, she began her career working in many high-end Luxury Spas. During this time, she quickly ventured into starting her own spa business. She later obtained her Certification in Advanced Medical Aesthetics & Laser Therapies and gained a passion for teaching. She began her career as an instructor in various Colleges in both private and public sectors, Education Management positions, to developing and creating Esthetic curriculum.

Her long experience and knowledge as an Educator, Skilled Aesthetician, and successful Business Woman has led numerous graduates to become successful in their Aesthetic careers and Businesses. Additionally, Ivana currently runs her own Aesthetic Consulting Company as well as her recent role as Clinical Trainer for Canada MedLaser Clinics across the GTA and Business Development Manager at Viola Medical Technologies. Ivana is continually upgrading her skills by learning about the latest Aesthetic Technologies, skin treatments, techniques, products and business strategies. She is continually seeking new ways to enhance the education system by developing and creating up to date curriculum in Soft Aesthetics, Aesthetic Medicine, Laser and Spa Business Management.
